Jamie started playing guitar at age 8 influenced by rock idles such as Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton and Carlos Santana. He has studied various genres and styles of guitar music and developed skills in blues, jazz, country to the heaviest of metal music. Jamie has also worked as a session musician playing lead/rhythm guitar on a few peoples albums as well as being flown out to Ireland to play in the Christie Hennessy Music Festival. For the last 7 years Jamie has been teaching guitar and enjoys passing on his knowledge to help others play music as well as meeting some great people. Being a sound engineer is another skill Jamie has and he has been working in the Bentwood Essex area for the last 7 years working with bands, artists and even radio stations.

Levent has been playing guitar since the age of twelve, it is his main instrument and he has been in a number of bands in Southend over the past four years and performed in public places including Hyde Park, the Houses of Parliament, the Cliffs Pavillion, Club Riga, the Palace Theatre and other music venues in Southend and London. Levent has also performed in Amsterdam’s famous blues club the Maloe Melo and he recently played in Switzerland and the Philippines. Influences include Paganini, Yngwie Malmsteen, Jimi Hendrix, Jimmy Page, Slash, Django Reinhardt and Miles Davis to name a few. Levent is patient and dedicated to making sure that his students have the best learning environment possible, adapting his teaching methods to suit his students personalities. He creates a fun, stress free environment in his lessons, making sure that his students enjoy playing the instrument and reach their full potential. He becomes another member of the Westcliff Music Academy teaching team.
